Washington Foreign Press Center: We're Open for Business!

Dear Journalist Colleagues,
We are thrilled to announce that the newly renovated Washington Foreign Press Center is open for business!
As the newly arrived FPC Director, I enjoyed meeting so many of you today, and I look forward to getting to know more of you in the months and years to come.
Assistant Secretary Michelle Guida presided at today’s re-opening ceremony of our newly renovated facilities today, and we’re pleased so many of you were able to join us.
We are attaching a few photos of the day’s highlights.

For those of you who were not able to join us, we aim to follow up with an active set of additional briefing and program offerings in the coming months.
I am also particularly grateful for our full Foreign Press Centers team who underwent great disruption to their work over the past few months.  Deputy Director Martha Klinck especially added significant additional labor to their full slates to keep FPC programs running strong while managing the modernization of our spaces.
We hope that you will return often and happily and continue to know you have strong partners and advocates at the Foreign Press Centers.

Very best,

Caroline Savage
Director
Foreign Press Centers
U.S. Department of State
Bureau of Global Public Affairs
